Love birds. ^^
Happy 46th Birthday Singapore!!
My mom and dad went Ndp and took this for us. + Baby and I went too!
(Cause my bro is performing, and he gets lots and lots of tixs ^^)
We left early for some emergency reasons, but my parents on the other hand, stayed on for the whole event!
Btw we went on separate dates, so I didn't 'pangseh' them.
Generally, NDP was fun, and the Singapore spirit there was awesome! Like, really, really awesome.
The theme was cool, it's actually an act of a lady who brought her son up single handedly, with the help of her neighbors.
The start of the show, whereby Gurmit Singh is singing. He can sing really well!
Then the departure of the Red Lions. In case you didn't know, they are the parachute team for SG!
Damn shuai lo. As in, cool, not handsome. *baby don't jealous*
I don't know what's that, but I guess it's random fireworks they used throughout the act.
The uniform groups!
Helicopters carrying the national flag with pride.
As usual, the '21 blow' of the cannon for Singapore!
And after all the formal ceremonies, the parade eventually start off with their showcase!
Featuring beautiful mascots (of which my bro is in) in the open spaced stage!
See what I meant? The view was spectacular.
The parading 'cars'. I call that the 'dim sum family'! Super cute. The paos actually moves.
Then the typewriter....
Part of the act. And as the stories continue,
Flyer picture. DAMN NICE.
And here comes- Jun Yuan Secondary School!
Stingrays, starfishes, crabs. *feels so proud*
My camera went flat :(
So I didn't get to catch the fireworks when I was at the NDP, so I went to Marina Square and watch the actual one.
Damn pretty lights from the actual parade!
Act artsy shot. Quite nice lo!
The night sky!
Hehe and Spot the Mr Bean tattoo!
My love love!
The moon was SOOOO round that night.
And I posted two videos!
Here are some of my favourites.
Another one :)
For full album of fireworks, you can view my facebook!
Then after the fireworks, we went to food junction to eat + wait for the crowd to go off!
My hand on the left, and Michelle's on the right!
The lovely couple!
